Every 8 months, new filters are sent for the machine. 8 months after the agreement begins, the Standard Filter Pack is sent, and after 16 months, the Complete Filter Pack is sent, and so on.
Access to guidance and support in case of any issues, as well as free repair of any malfunctions at the workshop for as long as the agreement remains active.
The filter, service, and warranty agreement is automatically renewed each month upon payment.

An active rental agreement is required in order to receive filter packages, service, and continued access to the machine.

Service:

The machines are leased and come with the same service guarantee as the 'new' machines as long as the subscription is active.
There is no exchange option for these machines after 4 years.

The TDS pen
(Total Dissolved Solids)

The TDS pen (Total Dissolved Solids) measures the conductivity in ppm (parts per million) in your drinking water with an accuracy of +/- 2%. The lower the TDS value, the cleaner is your drinking water. Batteries are included. Before using remove the top and take out the small plastic piece which sits by the batteries.
