Directions for Use
Take 300 mg of Shilajit resin with the provided measuring spoon. Dissolve it in lukewarm water, milk, tea, or other beverages.
Stir and consume. It can also be taken directly under the tongue for sublingual absorption.
Use 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach in the morning and/or before bedtime.
Daily Intake
Recommended daily intake: 600 mg (2 servings of 300 mg). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
