All this brings us to the next level of the bonus plan – Wetality Tokens.
175,000 Wetality Tokens will be distributed over the next few years.
Wetality Tokens can be earned every month, depending on the level of your PV, GV and OV volume, as well as placement on the TOP10.
Tokens accumulate on your Wetality account, providing an ever-increasing number that builds up month by month.
For every 100 PVs in a calendar month, you get 1 Wetality Token
For every 500 GV in a calendar month, you get 1 Wetality Token
For every 1000 OV in a calendar month, you get 1 Wetality Token
Whoever finishes as No. 1 in TO10 each month, gets 5 Wetality Tokens.
Whoever finishes as No. 2 in TOP10 each month, gets 4 Wetality Tokens.
Whoever finishes as No. 3 in TOP10 each month gets 3 Wetality Tokens.
Whoever finishes as No. 4 in TOP10 every month gets 2 Wetality Tokens.
Whoever finishes as No. 5 in TOP10 every month gets 1 Wetality Token.
You can start earning Wetality Tokens when you reach the Supervisor level.
If you earn less than 25 Tokens in one year, your Wetality Token account will be emptied.
Quantum Vitality Group AS gets a professional board.
On 4 April 2022, the management of Quantum Vitality Group AS will be transferred to Denmark, where Quantum Vitality Group AS will be established as a Holding company for the overall structure.
A Management group will be established in Quantum Vitality Group, consisting of the entire Board of Directors, as well as 5 leading Wetality Representatives.
The 5 dealers are selected according to who has the most Wetality Tokens when all 175,000 Wetality Tokens have been distributed.
The 5 dealer representatives are replaced every 2 years and cannot be re-elected.
The management appoints the 5 new representatives according to who has made the best effort, seen through the management’s eyes, both in relation to their own structure, as well as work for the company as a whole.
The distribution of Wetality Tokens will start in November 2021.
It is the goal that all 175,000 Wetality Tokens be awarded before November 1, 2024.
OPTION.
A total of 525,000 shares will be issued in Quantum Vitality Group A / S.
1/3 of these shares become part of the Token program.
1 Wetality Token, gives you the right to buy a share in Quantum Vitality Group A / S on favorable terms.
When 175,000 Wetality Tokens have been distributed, you will have the opportunity to buy shares in Quantum Vitality Group A/S, at a P / E value of 4 (EBIDA x 4), which is very low, compared to real value for comparable companies.
The date of valuation is the accounting figures for the year in which the last Wetality Token is distributed.
If all Wetality Tokens have not been distributed before the end of the 3rd financial year (30 September 2025), the Wetality Token program will be cancelled.
It is intended to create yet another Wetality Token program, with an additional portion of shares, after the first part is successfully completed.
The second Wetality Token program is targeted at both employees for Representatives.
The overall document package will be presented by the Board of Directors at the inaugural General Meeting, which will be open to the participation of the few who have more than 125 Wetality Tokens per. April 1, 2022.
