Wetality subscription 

As a customer, you have the option to set up recurring deliveries, with payments for selected orders deducted automatically.

You can set up a Wetality subscription by confirming and activating the subscription in the Wetality online store. This means that during checkout, you confirm that you want recurring deliveries and associated payments for that order.

The agreement takes effect once you have selected the products you want to receive via subscription and provided your card number, expiration date, and other necessary information. 

Payments will subsequently be charged to your credit card at intervals of 1, 2, or 3 months, on the same day of the month as the original order was placed.

All credit card information is stored with government-approved financial institutions and not with the company.

You hereby authorize the company and its affiliates to process your order by charging your credit card for the amount specified in the Wetality subscription agreement, as well as any applicable delivery costs.

The payment provider uses a process in which all credit card information is stored securely, and Wetality receives only a key that the company uses to activate product billing. This is called a product subscription, and the company therefore does not collect any credit card information.

All products must be paid for in full before the order is processed.

The products will be delivered to the address you have specified. If you wish to change the delivery address, the company must be informed at least 14 days before the planned delivery date.

Certain products may be discontinued. The company will typically notify you of this at least 5 days in advance. These products must be removed from your subscription, after which the remaining products will be delivered as scheduled.

All prices and shipping costs are automatically adjusted accordingly. The same applies if a product is temporarily out of stock. Once the product is back in stock, it will be shipped with the next scheduled order.

If the company changes the prices of certain products, you will be notified of any price increases at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Unless you notify the company in writing within this period that you no longer wish to include the product in your subscription, the product will continue to be delivered at the new price.

The company's return policy also applies to subscriptions.

The company may cancel a subscription at any time. The company may also cancel your subscription agreement if the credit card information provided is invalid, expired, or canceled, or if you violate the company’s terms and conditions.

Discounts and benefits.

When you sign up using a coupon code, you'll immediately receive a 10% discount on all purchases in the online store, except for fixed-price products.


If you place your next order within 60 days, you’ll receive a 20% discount immediately.


This 20% discount will continue as long as you place your next order within 60 days.

If you do not place an order within 60 days, the extra 10% discount (in addition to the base discount of 10%).
To regain the 20% discount , you must, after placing an order with a 10% discount, place your next order within 60 days. After that, you will be back on the 20% discount.

Wetality reserves the right to adjust subscription terms or eligibility criteria with prior notice.

Discounts are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.
