About Wetality
Wetality was founded in 2018 and is a Danish-owned company.
We prioritize quality, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws, so that you, as a customer, can shop with confidence and peace of mind.
Payment
At Wetality, you can pay for your purchases online or make a bank transfer.
All prices include VAT.
No fees are charged for payments.
Payment Security
All payments are processed via encrypted connections (SSL), which protects your card information from unauthorized access.
The amount will not be charged to your account until the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery
We pack and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We ship to most of Europe in collaboration with external shipping partners. All items are shipped while supplies last.
Prices
All prices include VAT. Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and are payable by the customer.
The price in effect at the time of booking is the price that applies.
If a price is clearly incorrect and could reasonably have been detected, Wetality reserves the right to cancel the order.
Ordering and Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, we recommend that you contact us.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your item.
If your order consists of multiple shipments, the deadline applies from the date you receive the last item.
You must notify us within the specified time limit that you wish to cancel your purchase by sending an email to support@wetality.com
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must not have been used, and the packaging must be unopened.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Partial Return
If you purchased multiple items in a single order, you can choose to return only certain products.
Returns
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item.
Return shipping is at your own expense, and you are responsible for the item during transit.
We recommend that you send the package via tracked shipping and keep the receipt.
Refund
If your cancellation is approved, the amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after we receive your notice.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item or proof of return.
We do not accept packages sent without a delivery address or cash on delivery.
Complaints
Purchases are subject to the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act, which provides for a 24-month warranty period.
If an item is defective, you can have it repaired, exchanged, get a refund, or receive a price reduction—depending on the situation.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
In the event of a valid complaint, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
International Orders
For deliveries outside Denmark, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products comply with local laws.
Wetality cannot be held liable for matters related to imports into other countries.
Discount codes
Discount codes are issued by Wetality and may have restrictions on their validity and use.
As a general rule, they cannot be combined with other offers or used on items that are already on sale.
Personal Data
To complete a transaction, we collect information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.
This information is used solely for order processing and is stored in accordance with applicable laws.
Data is stored for a limited period of time and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.
We use trusted partners to manage and process data.
Complaints Procedure
If you wish to file a complaint regarding your purchase, please contact Wetality.
If this does not lead to a resolution, you can file a complaint with the relevant authorities in Denmark or through the EU’s online complaint portal.
Standard Cancellation Form
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please provide the following information:
- What goods are involved in the case
- Order date
- Date received
- Name and address
- Date and signature (for physical submissions)
